New F-Gas regulation

The CES presents the impact of the (EU) n° 517/2014 regulation on HFC emissions in France at ICR2015  conference in Yokohama.

The F-Gas Regulation (EU N°842/2006) has just been reviewed. The new regulation (EU) N° 517/2014 was published at the Official Journal of the European Union on 20 May 2014 (in French here).

Good Practices in France -

The French Government has published a document to help users to take into account the regulations regarding refrigerant handling.

 

US project

Under its Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program, the US Environmental Protection Agency has established a proposal where some HFCs are now considered "unacceptable" alternatives to Ozone Depleting Substances.

 

 

 

Montreal Protocol

The Government of the Federal States of Micronesia proposed an amendment of the Montreal Protocol. It will be considered at the 26th meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol in November 2014.
